In our fitness program you have the added benefit of never having the same exact workout routine. This allows members to get maximum results. T Elite also offers fitness challenges throughout the year. Our challenges have varying focuses and include full-body scans to measure weight, % body fat, BMI, muscle weight, protein levels, % water, and a body age basic on these metrics.
